SALON / CHILD POLICY : For safety reasons and liability purposes, no child may accompany you while you are having a service. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of yourself and other Clients. I require a deposit from new clients to secure your appointment. This policy helps me reduce no-shows and last-minute cancellations, allowing me to provide the best service to all my valued clients. The deposit will be credited towards your final bill. Booking and Payment: Appointments can be booked online through our GlossGenius booking site. Cancellations and Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance transfer your deposit to a new appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
